Make of capsules using 1-3 drops of oils indicated and fill the rest of the capsule with Grapeseed Mesage Oil. You can pre-make capsules ad keep them in the refridgerator for 3 days: any longer than that and they will start to dessolve.  NOTE: They must be vegtable cpasues, which can be purchased or ordered from your local health food store.

Protocal: Always use  Message Oil in the capsule with the designated oil(s). rotate taking the capsules with meals throughout the day for 2 weeks, for example:

Cinnamon Bark (1-3 drops with Message Oil) at breakfast:

Oreganao (1-3 drops with Message Oil) at lunch:

Clove Bud & Ginger Root (2 drops each with Message Oil) at dinner.

After 4 weeks take 1 week off the resume the proocol for another series.

CAUTION: Buy  a small eye dropper to make up these capsules!  If you get Oregano on the outside of the capsule, it will taste very Hot! Oregeno on your hand will be very hot and burn! Don’t use this recipe on children under 12 as thier immune systems are not fully develped. Conact me for what to use on children.
