Essential Oil Pain Relief Rub
I have so many stories to share I had to debate which one I thought might benefit the most people, so I decided to share with you a rub I use for aches and pains. I make this rub up and hand it out to anyone who has an ache or a pain (which seems to be everyone). Everyone is amazed at how well, and how fast it works.

One gentleman I gave this to, has a wrist that is always painful. He had broken it many years ago, and had to have surgery on it to set the bone. They had to use pins to set it. Now the scar tissue draws and pulls, and the tendons draw and pull. There is also some arthritis. It is so painful for him to move it he wears a wrist band to help limit the movement.

The reason I had to share this story, and why I love it so much, is what happened a few days later.  Not only was he no longer wearing the wrist band, and not only was the pain in his wrist gone. but he said there was no longer any pain in his body. His knees were no longer bothering him. His feet no longer hurt. This was from just putting the rub on his wrist (3x daily), he had not been using it anywhere else.  WOW!!!

“Bonus” I love those kind of side effects, don’t you? The rub is 1Tbs. Message oil, 6 drops Oregano, 8 drops Peppermint, 4 drops Lavender.  I mix this up, and try to let it set 24 hours. This will let the Essential oils infuse all of the Message oil, but if needed you can use it right away.  Mix well then message it to the area of pain.  I put this in a small bottle, then to mix I roll the bottle between my hands, and use a glass eyedropper to apply.

I have been told that relief has been felt in as little as 10 to 15 minutes, and has lasted up to 12 hours. I love all of the products, and I truly love ForeverGreen.
