Brushing Teeth with TRUessence essential oils for good dental hygiene.

I recently went to my dentist for a checkup.  He complimented me on my  good dental hygiene and asked what I use. What is funny is several years ago I went to a different dentist for a checkup and he told me my gums were receding and that I was not brushing my teeth correctly or to often. The manner in which I brush my teeth has not changed but what I have learned is…Fluoride is not good for us. Fluoride is what they use to kill rats in New York City. Manufactures of tooth paste put a substance like crushed glass in toothpaste (even sensitive toothpaste) to get plaque off teeth. So If you are using a high speed tooth brush (Electric) it just wears your enamel and gums down faster.

I floss every day and make up my own toothpaste by blending Essential Oils that I know are good for the teeth with a message oil. I start with an empty 10 ml essential oil bottle fill it almost full with almond and/or grapeseed oil and any combination of the following essential oils (20 drops total): Cinnamon Bark, Clove, Peppermint, Spearmint, Tea Tree, Thyme and Birch, which is the same frequency as bone, gives you the wintergreen flavor and has xyletol in to help build enamel and birch is a natural pain reliever. Don’t use to much (1-2 drops) Birch in your mix, a little goes a long ways.

If I do not have grapeseed or sweet almond oil, can I use coconut oil?

Coconut oil would be difficult because it is solid unless a certain temperature. Hemp oil works great too.
