Geranium Essential Oil Helps New Mother's Hemorrhoids

One of my daughters recently had her 2nd beautiful baby boy. A week or so later as she and I were visiting at her home, I asked if she was really doing OK, and she said all except for really painful hemorrhoids – she was confused because this was her second baby and had not experienced this with the first.
After double checking in the "Over the Counter or Nature's Pharmacy" book, I left her with some Geranium, telling her to dab some on with a cotton ball, etc. I explained that if it was too warm, to add Message Oil as needed to dilute. I also left her with some Lavender, just in case the Geranium was too hot for her to use.
As we drove home, I mentioned to my husband that I hope I had not "wasted" some of my oils. After all, my daughter seemed a little apprehensive about using the oils in that way. I quite often get the "here Mom goes again, trying to heal us with her oils" from my kids.
Later that evening, she called and was all excited. She said they had disappeared. She said she applied it immediately after we left, and again a couple hours later. It was quite funny, she said, "I don't even know where they went". She was soooo grateful and thanked me again and again.
A couple weeks later, she reports that all is well, no more problem, and what a relief!!!
