I make fruit smoothies every morning with Azul in them for my family. I put organic kiefer, organic yogurt, frozen and fresh fruit, 100% juice (any kind), Azul and mix it up in my Vita Mixer. It is quick and easy and I can hand it to them as they are going out the door. My kids do not come home with all the sick bugs from school.
