Trama and Blindness
I had an amazing experience last week I wanted to share.
On Friday I received a frantic call from my sister. She informed me that she could not see. She continued to tell me that she had been to her Doctor on Monday for migraines and he gave her a drug called Topamax. She took the recommended dose for 2 days when she began to notice a change in her vision. All day Thursday she spent back at the doctor getting CAT scans and other test done to her eyes. After all the tests her doctor told her to see an eye specialists. So she did – the specialists could not help her, he recommended a new pair of glasses. She was so scared. I told her to come right over to my house. When she arrived, her eyes were dilated puffy and she could not see anything except shadows and darkness.
I filled up my bathtub with hot water added 1/2 cup Dead Sea salts 4 drops Coriander, 4 drops Rose damascene, 4 drops Neroli, 4 drops Roman Chamomile and had her soak for 20 minuets with a hot towel saturated with Neroli on her eyes. After the soak with the Dead Sea salts and oils I got her out of the tub put her in bed and had her sleep for 30 min. I then woke her up and when she opened her eyes she could see! I had her drink some water while we watch to see if her condition was going to change. She only improved. We later discovered that the drug she was taking was known to cause eye trauma and blindness and that there is a class action law suit pending.
