After Shower Massage

I loved the July 7th recording with all of the practical and nurturing ideas. Self-care is so essential, yet something that easily goes to the wayside in our busy lives. I know I am so much more able to support others when I have taken time to nurture myself.
I wanted to add my After Shower Massage Blend to the mix of ideas. I used suggestions from one of Alexandria’s classes to develop this blend which I use every morning after my bath or shower. It has so many benefits and just feels great. To make this blend, mix 12 drops each of fennel, orange, cypress, lemongrass with 2-3 oz. carrier oil. I also like to add 12 drops of geranium and an additional 1/2 oz -1 oz. of carrier oil for times when I need extra emotional and adrenal support.
Thanks for all the great ideas! I love knowing that I can have high quality personal care products that are non-toxic and have so many physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits.

An after shower massage sounds like the best way to start or end a day. In our busy lives it is so easy to forget to take care of ourselves.
